True Wireless Bluetooth Stereo Speaker System · 2-Way
uStream One from Mitchell Acoustics is a two-way true wireless stereo speaker pair for TV and music, rated at 100W RMS (50W RMS per channel). Each speaker pairs a 106mm magnesium alloy woofer with a 38mm silk composite tweeter, and each driver has its own amplifier. Inputs cover HDMI ARC, optical, RCA line in, a 3.5mm aux and Bluetooth 5.3. The speakers pair with each other automatically, with no app and no Wi-Fi. 2-year warranty.
SOUND The uStream One runs a two-way driver array: a silk-dome tweeter handling the top end and a magnesium alloy woofer taking everything below. Each has its own dedicated amplifier. At 50W RMS per channel the soundstage sits where you placed the speakers and stays there regardless of what is playing. This is what a stereo pair is supposed to do.
BUILD The cabinet is finished in black wood grain vinyl that absorbs rather than reflects. The proprietary voice coil runs a 20oz neodymium magnet, the same specification found in speakers at significantly higher price points. The bass comes from the driver itself, because it was designed to deliver it, not because the marketing says so.
CONNECTIVITY The OPTICAL Toslink and HDMI ARC inputs mean the uStream One connects directly to any television without adapters. Place one speaker either side of the screen, connect via HDMI ARC, and control everything with your TV remote. RCA inputs handle a turntable or CD player. The 3.5mm jack takes anything else.
SMART HOME Pair to Amazon Alexa or Google Home for voice control across the room. Connect a WiiM Mini to unlock AirPlay 2, hi-res audio, and multi-room streaming. The uStream One becomes the output for an entire home audio system without a single additional cable.
